Our beautiful Maine Coon boy Tobiah Tiger Cat was hurt badly over a week ago and it is still a mystery to us how it happened. He does not roam but we found him near our back fence unable to walk. We rushed him to the hospital and they said they would sedate him and it was ok to take him home for the night and the next morning to take him to our vet.
After x-rays and test luckily he had no broken bones but his back leg and stomach were big black bruises. He has been on medication and we have had to carry him to wherever he needs to go. I have checked in with the vet every few days and when I told him yesterday that he’s still dragging his legs, he said that wasn’t good so this morning we took him in again.
His knee caps on back legs had popped out. He said this is somewhat common in cats but usually they go back. He put them back in but said if it keeps happening he may have to have surgery. What they do is move the knee and scrape out the groove it sits in to make it deeper. We are hoping this will not be the case. So all good wishes welcome

Best wishes beautiful Biah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……..;-)xoxoxoxoxox
